This app really is not worth it. It just says connecting and it doesnt matter if i use Wi-Fi or not. It connected for me once and lasted 30 min the disconnected. Wouldn’t waste money on premium thats for sure.Terrible. Paid for premium and never had access to premium for 3 days. After numerous emails to admin I never received a response and still had no premium perks. Even on basic it always drops out and rarely works to begin with. Play store refunded me in full and I cancelled my subscription.
(Fixed now. Working great again.) I’ getting constantly disconnected and I have to log in again multiple times every single day. Doesn’t matter if it’s on my phone or on PC Windows 10. Will definitely change to another provider when my subscription expires if that’s not fixed by then.. Cannot recommend surf easy at all atm. I have contacted support many, many times but they are unable to solve the problem (not only for me) and no help at all. Surf Easy used to work great until few months ago.
Been a subscriber for over a year, but since january have not been able to log in due to “unable to connect to API of russia vpn”. **INSECURE SITE FOR PAYMENTS** When I browse to the SurfEasy site, my browser says there is a JS file is coming from an insecure site! The site is called chango.cc, and the browser reports an invalid certificate. I checked the virustotal website to scan that site, and “Forcepoint threatseeker” reports chango.cc as a malicious site. Chango is also the name of an old VBSCRIPT virus. I’m certain this issue will be losing customers, so I would advise fixing russia vpn it.
Does not work at all with my phone apparently. Telling me error 10001 unable to load necessary library redownload or check with support. I did both and there was no luck trying it and no information on support about it. This is day two im not getting what i paid for. I would appreciate some help on this one if possible.
