App is useful and it helps alot in subscribing offers and bundles, but sometimes don’t load remaining MBs or Current Balance when needed. Might be due to some server side issues. Like Today I’m unable to use it from 2 hours precisely. and now it is working .
From previous 15 years I’m using Telenor and I’m very satisfied with your services But Your new update of my Telenor Doesn’t load free MBs claiming page if we don’t have internet pakege or Balance so we can’t take benefit of it .we basically need it when we don’t have internet pakege or balance But without this we can’t claim that MBs. So please improve it so we can take it’s benefits as WowBox Thank You.

Telenor service is good and I also love to use it but your app is not working correctly Everytime I open it it kicks me out.It doesn’t give free Free mbs like 2GB or 500 mb.Test and skill section doesn’t give rewards also as it says. I’m your Telenor 4G customer.Otherwise everything is good about your app. I appreciate your work.Keep it up👌❤️💯.
One star for good effort it is cool and one for giving free MBs. But all is this useless if I cannot track my balance through it. I activated social plan so have free MBs and also general purpose MBs by the app. But still getting message that using internet on standard rate. And in the app it is not showing the balance consumed.

I used a data sim on wingle and I have difficulties with charging with my bank account and the getting my package of 10 and 15 GB monthly package. I compelled to remove sim from wingle and insert it in a mobile and then able to avail package as per my wish.

I check my balance freely.I can also check my usage history on it.It also provide me my call sms records online if my phone history deleted unconciously. This is really a good app but we face some difficulty in daily reward phase. It needs one Paisa to claim the raward so please sir please fix my problem and give the mb as wow box and jazz world app . I think you take us freely and reply I will solve your problem.but this time ‘We really change our network to jazz or zong .thank you
It says that never to miss free daily MBs or you have to start over again. I have claimed free MBs everyday but right after 7 days, my streak starts over again automatically from 1st day. And this is happening every week.
Its always seems nice to get my desired package through my telenor app but there is a problem I feel that this app doesn’t connect on slow speed internet and now a days telenor is slow like turtle. Plz make some changes in this app and improve telenor’s internet speed. Thanks
Its so good and nice 👌 to use but i have a complian about its suddenly balance charge from my account although i have free mbs but i can’t understand about your logic also your next day reward before date completion…kindly check it and adjust your server
The besr app and also best service serving Pakistan indeed 4G is comparatively other networks is quite fast and browsing specially in rural as well in mountaineous is quite fast as compare to other network i love to use telenor i have been using this service since i got new cell phone also my first experience with cell phone about 10years ago i would recommend every body to try at least once and must buy telenor infinity 4G supportive cell phones which are more helpful in providing best internet. and also download my zong app
My song downloadThe option ‘test your skill’ is not good. I can’t win any thing. It is fake. My friends also can’t win any number of mbs. It is not useful because it is necessary to represent different question against different people per a day. People see the question’s answer from YouTube and chose all correct answers. ‘Test your skill’ is need this improvement. Thanks.
